These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LSU AutoFill (the “Services”), operated by LSU AutoFill (“LSU AutoFill,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and available at loanstatusupdate.com. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
LSU AutoFill provides software that automatically generates Loan Status Update, Pre-Qualification, and related documents from loan data, including state-specific Arizona AAR forms and Loan Status Update and Pre-Qualification support in every other state. The Services may be used on their own or together with Rad CRM.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to: (a) use the Services in violation of any law or regulation; (b) submit information you do not have the right to provide; (c) attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services; or (d) use the Services to infringe the rights of others.
You retain ownership of the loan, borrower, and business data you submit (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide the Services. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of Customer Data and for your compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to your business, including mortgage, lending, licensing, advertising, and consumer-protection requirements. Documents generated by the Services are tools to assist you; you are responsible for reviewing them for accuracy and compliance before use.
The Services rely on third-party providers, including Rad CRM (CRM and automation) and Stripe (payments). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
The Services, including all software, templates, and content (excluding Customer Data), are owned by LSU AutoFill and its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works except as permitted.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LSU AUTOFILL DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL, COMPLIANCE, TAX, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE, AND THE SERVICES ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED DOCUMENTS WILL MEET EVERY REGULATORY REQUIREMENT APPLICABLE TO YOUR BUSINESS.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LSU AutoFill and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LSU AutoFill and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
